This Refugium LED was designed for sumps and all-in-one aquariums that utilize a refugium. With multiple mounting options and 40 carefully selected LEDs, this light will help increase your algae growth and yield.  Works well when paired with an inTank Fuge or Media Basket.  Mount to the rear of the glass chamber using double sided tape, Velcro®, or other method.

    Acke grow light

    This thing is phenomenal. I had the jbj light for a while but my chaeto never really took off. I put this thing on the back of my biocube with double sided tape 4-5 months ago and the chaeto is growing like crazy. I highly recommend

    Great Fuge Light!

    This little light puts out A LOT of light, mounted perfectly on the back of my Biocube (with double-sided mounting tape; not included) and keeps my chaeto very happy! Definitely recommend this for refugiums!!

    Great Light!

    Works perfectly for growing Chaeto. Stands up on its own, can be positioned behind tank this way. Doesn’t get too hot either! Just a bright pink/purple color but that is to be expected. I recommend strongly!

    This thing si NUTS!!

    I have an AIO with a chaeto fuge in one of the chambers and, my chaeto grows like crazy with this light. Defiantly worth every penny!

    Awesome Light!!!

    This light is perfect for Chaeto and it does run cool. You want to mount it exactly as Shown. I a 3M command strip. Mount it upside down so you can place the command strip where the LEDs aren’t. I use it on a Fluval 13.5G it literally was made for the tank. Now only if it was black. Since this light is going to sit flush with the glass I wouldn’t remove fluvals Hexagon markings. It’ll help dim it to prevent burning your Macro.

    Small but powerfull.

    I have the 12w model and is very powerfull. In just a week I saw a difference on the grow speed of my chaeto. Don’t need to tumble the chaeto, just leave it on the sump water stream and so light and nutrients will do the magic.

    Great light for Chaeto

    I got one for my 16 gallon bio cube and made the sump into a refuge. Month in and I’m having to harvest the chaeto. Does a great job. Highly recommend for small tank refugees.

    Great light

    I didn’t know if I should purchase this light or buy a more expensive one for my Biocube refugium. After contacting inTank and getting their thoughts, I purchased this light. This light work great! I’ve already had to split my refugium plants once. Hmmm maybe I should go into the refugium business! Lol Thanks inTank for great advice and not just telling me to buy the more expensive light. I will recommend you to all my friends.
