Thicker than other similar poly filters available so you use less. No more doubling or tripling up, use one cut square on top of your inTank Media Basket, or inside your sump, hang on back filter, canister filter, pond, terrarium or other filter. The Value Pack includes a very generous amount that will last a long time with normal use. Easily cut to fit with a household scissors.

InTank AC70 / AC50 Media Baskets… I LOVE THEM! Outstanding design and very solid construction... quick, friendly customer service, too. I was having trouble keeping my 30 gallon extra tall tank clear, so I bought an AquaClear 70 and installed an AC30 impeller to limit the flow (I have several surface dwelling fish). The InTank70 media basket filter chambers are large enough to hold two 100ml bags of Seachem Purigen and 250ml of Seachem Matrix. I've also added two pieces of Deep Blue Professional polyfiber filter pads (ADB41001 in each chamber for extra water polishing capability. This setup has worked so well, I bought an AC50 and InTank media basket for it… same setup (swapped-out an AC2o impeller) and have it keeping a 10 gallon pristine. GREAT product... thank you, Steve!

Got tired paying too much money for the Eheim filter pads. I cut these so they fit snugly in my Eheim classic 250 filter along with some activate charcoal and purigen in filter bags sandwiched in between two pieces. Never seen the water in my 55 gallon aquarium clearer!

So far, I like this Intank brand filter floss because you can easily see what it’s removing from your water and it’s very easy to cut with scissors to whatever size your filter is. My water clarity has improved since adding it to my tank. Right now, I am using it in my reef tank which is a Fluval Evo 13.5 in an Intank media basket on the top shelf. As far as negatives, I’ve haven’t found anything negative yet however I will update my review as to how long it lasts before I need to replace with a new piece. I don’t see this effecting my satisfaction with this floss though, as the portion received was rather large and inexpensive to buy.
