This fits the aquarium very nicely and covers the rear chambers of the Red Sea all in one.

After customizing my Red Sea Max and adding Kessil lighting I had to discard the hood that came with the RSM. I needed a cover for the filtration that looked good and didn't interfere. This is perfect! I used a Dremel tool to easily custom cut one end for the light arm bracket, and now my tank looks professional and clean again.

Hate to give it a bad review so won't but giving a honest review.....I can't use it yet anyway. Feel it is a little pricey considering material is very flexible/flimsy and intank logo not on it thought it would be since is/shown in picture of item. Reason I haven't been able to use it yet because of my wavemaker cord so cover doesn't rest tight to tank trim/rim and due to AI hydra light which is mounted on back of tank. When I viewed item and when it arrived picture on box sure looks like AI light is mounted on cover but it's not I'm sure there is a way to make it work I just haven't researched it enough yet.

I purchased this for my RS130 to cover up the unsightly back area if my tank and I couldn't be happier with the product..well constructed for the price point and it looks great on the tank. I like the solid plastic they are usong now. I believe the older style used a more darkly tinted plastic thst allowed light to reach the back chambers. I've noticed a reduction in algae growth from the reef lights in the back chamber now, which is also a bonus. Mine was starting to get dirty. This as well as the media basket are well designed additions for the tanks. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fits perfectly on the redsea Max 130 ,The better half loves the look of the nano now ..
