inTank Media Basket for Fluval Flex 32.5 | Fluval Flex 123L

I specialize in setting up stable ecology self sustaining tropical tanks. I love the Flex 123 tank for its look and set up. But I just kept getting a fine dust in the water. The default filters where not doing the job and were not adaptable to collect this fine dust. These shipped from the US to Germany easily and it took a few minutes to fill with the right organic media and a layer of filter medium. Went to bed and in the morning the water was perfect.

Truly superb pice of kit. Effective, well-engineered and an absolute joy to use. A HUGE improvement on the filters supplied by Fluval. Although expensive, and with additional costs to send to the UK, it is worth the cost. ***** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****

These baskets fit amazingly well in the stock tank. My only minor complaint is the water level in the tank has to run very high, would of been easier if they were 1/4" shorter. The water height it has to run at does not interfere w/ the stock tank lid/iight. These are a great upgrade to the stock fluval tank.

First year I ran one Basket one one side and the sponge on the other. I Ould never get the sponge clean. also on the basket side it was so easy to clean and replace the top filter. I then put in the other side basket. so much better. Love the product and now my tank is much cleaner. Go with the baskets.

I don't know what Fluval was thinking when they made these foam filters but I would not run this tank without In-Tank media baskets for saltwater. The design allows for skimming and better flow compared to basically running water through a wet sponge. These baskets will save your tank from an eventual crash without them. In my opinion, they are a must have on par with skimming and lighting. A+++ product with A+++ service.

I am so impressed with InTank! The filter basket is a game changer! The foam block that comes with the Fluval 32.5 tank is horrible. My tank was cloudy so I searched for a solution and fortunately stumbled upon this product. I bougt 2, which arrived lightening fast! I've had them for going on 2 years and the bottom plate cracked in half. I called and spoke to Jory who waa so nice and helpful. He asked me to send photos via email. I would havw been fine paying for one, I just knew I needed a new replacement part because i was having to dry and tape it on each water change and every water change it was broke apart again so not getting best out of the filter basket. He said the whole team was in and they'd review and get back to me. Within 15 minutes of sending the photos I went to check my email and there was already an email back from Joey as well as another email with a shipping notification. They sent me a new part. Amazing product and amazing customer service. Hard to come by these days! Thank you very much! I highly recommend the superior products as well as this impressive company!

I absolutely love these, they help with the filtration shortfalls of the stock tank. This is my 2nd tank that utilizes inTank media baskets! Great quality, responsive to inquiries. Take my money!

I've had my Flex for about a year and decided to take the plunge on new filtration! Everyone has had positive results with the InTank flex baskets so I bought 2! Shipped quick (heck they are in Milwaukee (not to far from me!). These are a game changer! Before having to lug the old foam things out to scrub and clean was a pain. Now, just remove the filter floss on top and replace and done! The flexibility with media in the 2nd and 3rd chambers are fantastic. I was new at what new media I should use so I shot a quick email over to InTank and they responded back super quick! Decided to go with Floss(top) . Chem pure Green for middle and Purigen for bottom (planted freshwater tank). Yes you have to keep the water higher (but mine was already at that level prior!). If you are looking for an easy replacement that makes cleaning your filtration easier, GET THESE!

Well at first i was a little skeptical of the height of the fold where the water poors in. It looked too high. HOWEVER i decided to take a chance and WOW what a difference!. Yes, you will need to run the water high but it doesn't touch the bulb so its ok. The tank is WAY more cleaner then before. Controlled flow direction and allowed me to put in filter floss cut into squares on top shelf. Mid week can just open the back and change out the little squares without moving anything. Takes 30 seconds. I bought a huge roll of filter floss and spent a good hour of 2 cutting several small squares. Now i can change them twice a week for 6 months.

I love the flex 32 system in all ways but the built in foam filter system. My tank always stayed just not clear because foam had bypass and when removing to clean leached small particles back into tank. Intank system allows for three chambers and changing the floss is quick and easy. Took a couple weeks of constant floss changes but slowly tank has become very clear. Don't hesitate make the investment in the inserts.
